Real Property Management is a full service evictions firm that exclusively represents landlords in the Dallas and Fort Worth Metroplex. We  file hundreds of evictions monthly and are dedicated to customer service by being responsive, knowledgeable, personable and motivated, but at the same time providing reasonable flat rate fees. We understand that the eviction process can be difficult and we strive to make it as smooth and stress free for our clients. Our rates are $500.00 per eviction which includes all costs to evict a tenant from the property.

 

Eviction lawsuits, also known as "unlawful detainer" actions, can be extremely technical and follow strict guidelines, it is important to hire experienced representation that fully understands the laws and will work tirelessly to obtain the best results for each client. RPM knows that each eviction case has its own unique circumstances, and therefore takes a personalized approach. Fast Track Eviction Services

Because it is such a quick, detailed process, Real Property Management has developed a system designed to allow each client to open his/her case in a quick, effective manner. To begin your eviction, you will need to complete the following forms:

  • The eviction request form, which will be provided by us.
  • A copy of the rental agreement.
  • A copy of the notice if you have already mailed/posted if applicable.

 

What We Will Do For You

Once we have received the required forms, we will open your case by:

  • Completing all required documents to file a formal eviction with the courts.
  • Filing your eviction with the court.
  • Serving the tenant the notice.
  • Represent you in court.
  • Obtain judgment against the tenant and have them legally evicted
